Stud Service Contract 

Wiseachers is pleased to offer stud service to select outside females. Please contact us for information not provided below.

Health Requirements

All females considered for breeding must meet the following health requirements and have the required tests completed.

1) All shots current including Corona/Parvo and Kennel Cough.
2) Vaginal swab showing female clear of any infection.
3) Negative Brucellosis test
4) CERF clear
5) OFA rating of at least good for females over 2 years.

Additional Requirements

1) Owner to provide side and front view pictures of female showing conformation.
2) Owner to provide copy of registration papers showing at least two generations of blood lines

Breeding Contract

Owner of female (bitch), for purposes of this contract is to be referred to as simply "owner".

Wiseachers agrees to provide breeding services by the requested male for a fee to be agreed upon between Wiseachers and owner. At no time will Wiseachers agree to a merle to merle breeding.
Owner agrees to deliver the female at approximately 11 days into her heat cycle. She will be bred at least three times, one day separating each breeding. If the female cannot be left for the necessary number of breedings, Wiseachers does not guarantee a litter, and will not return the breeding fee should a litter not result. It is the owners responsibility to time the breeding appropriately, and leave the dog for the necessary amount of time.
Should the recommended breedings occur, and no litter result, the owner may re-breed at their convenience. Should two breedings take place with no resulting litters, Wiseachers will return the stud fee.
Owner will provide necessary food for the dog while she is boarded at wiseachers.
Stud fees are due at the time of breeding, payable by cash, cashiers check or paypal. Wiseachers reserves the right to choose either the stud fee, or pick of the litter.
Wiseachers will provide the owner with the necessary litter registration paperwork. Payment of litter registration fee is the responsibility of the owner. Owner agrees to sell all puppies spay/neuter unless prior agreement is made with Wiseachers. Wiseachers will hold the puppy registration papers until the new purchaser provides evidence of spay/neuter of the puppy.
Wiseachers is to be held harmless for any injury to or loss of a dog brought for breeding. All reasonable precautions will be taken for the health and safety of the female, however Wiseachers will not be financially liable for the value of any dog brought for breeding.

Wiseachers also offers the following services;

Advertisement of the up-coming litter on our web site, with e-mail or web site link to owner.
Fee $100.00

Advertisement of the litter after birth, with pictures of the puppies and dam, and e-mail link or web site link to owner.
Fee $75.00 per puppy

All fees to be paid prior to posting of information.
